Free hedge-laying course for under-25s!

If you're aged between 18 and 25 and are keen to learn a new skill, one that is enjoying a revival as landowners are looking for the best way to boost biodiversity, then book yourself onto our hedge-laying workshop!

We are thrilled to be getting a 'Bee Green' grant from Gawcott Solar to help us deliver our 'Hedgerows for Hairstreaks' project. This involves prioritising hedgerow management for wildlife - and so we are learning how to lay a hedge. But we want to extend this opportunity to young people interested in nature and working outdoors and have set aside a handful of FREE places.

The course will be run in Padbury on Saturday 21st November, 10am - 4pm by Hedgecraft's Clive Leeke. Places are already subsidised by Greener Padbury Group so £30 for the day - but if you are keen, and aged between 18 and 25, please email agreenerpadbury@gmail.com to secure your free place.
