It's the perfect time to sow your BEE SQUARED seeds (enclosed in this month's Pump) - this weekend it looks like the skies will provide all the watering you need!
Wildflowers prefer scrappy, sandy soil - something poor in nutrients. Just follow the instructions on the enveloped and then please let us know so we can add a marker to the bees' map.
Next step: encourage your neighbours to create their BEE SQUARE so that Padbury's pollinators have a patchwork of glorious nectar stations to help them in their important work.
If you can't use your seeds, please pop them in the pouch on the Greener Padbury blackboard outside the Main Street play park and we can use them elsewhere. Thank you!
