A bird's eye view of the Millennium Woods

Sometimes it's difficult to see the wood for the trees and you need to come at things from a different angle - in this case, from above!

We're very grateful to Peter who came up to the woods with his drone one rather windy Sunday and filmed Padbury's beautiful woods. With the autumnal colours on display, it's the perfect time of year for an aerial view - and for the indefatigable band of scythers in the meadow, the footage provided the answer to the hotly debated question: have we done more than half yet?
